EXCELLENT stay, was really good!
useful sinks refreshing shower varied options nice area
my room had two sinks, SO useful. The rainfall shower was VERY refreshing after a day outdoors. I used the provided coffee and water. Breakfast included varied options, and it was in a nice area.

the hotel stands right by a lake, offering convenient access to bus routes. A bus stop SITS directly across from the hotel, simplifying travel to different areas. It's a PRIME location for exploring nearby attractions.

i tried a takeaway pizza from the lounge bar close to the watersports area. breakfast includes plentiful options. The breakfast space IS very nice, giving you space to breathe in the mornings.

exclusive packages clean standard onsite bar
the spa was definitely the highlight. i've been to many spas in northern england, but this one stands out. low wood has both budget-friendly and exclusive packages to fit different needs. everything was clean to a high standard, and the restaurant and bar on site added convenience.

Breakfast offered more options than most places. the catering includes steaks sourced from south africa, showcasing high caliber cuisine. A definite plus. the on-site restaurant provided a very gorgeous meal.

the willow double or twin room was well-appointed. our room was comfortable and bright, with comfortable beds. there was everything necessary, from well-designed lighting to a great bathroom. it all made for a pleasant stay

the location is convenient. ambleside is a short walk away, about 20 minutes. bowness is accessible with a leisurely walk, around 1 hour and 30 minutes away. the hotel is located right by the lake.

The hotel boasts high standards, particularly its facilities. the fully equipped gym includes excellent amenities. the spa facilities are amazing. there is an outdoor spa. The view from there is worth paying for.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a gorgeous location.
I found hair left on the toilet seat. There was no safe in the room. Parking was expensive.

inappropriate time slots dirty glasses
the staff seemed helpful and friendly enough.
I was told i needed to pick a breakfast time slot both mornings. The time slots were inappropriate. there was no hot water when i tried to run a bath. dirty glasses were not cleared from my room during the entire stay, a clear failure in service.

The spa offered both budget and more exclusive packages to suit different needs. All spa areas were clean to a high standard (which I really appreciated).
The hotel lacked double glazing, so I heard traffic noise from my room.
